Selecting a charter yacht on your own can be very confusing and a tedious job. At Neptune Yacht Charters, we help you select from among the hundreds of yachts in our database matching our boats to your preferences. Planning your vacation with Neptune Yacht Charters is easy and relaxing.
First you fill a short questionnaire and submit the same to us. Upon receipt of the questionnaire, we start searching for the best possible matches to your request.
In the meantime you may go to our Fleet section. On the "Fleet" section you can use one of our customized search engines to browse through a wide array of yachts according to your choices. Most yachts have online brochures for your examination or you can download and compare as many as you wish. If any of these yachts is of interest to you, please let us know via email right away so that we can inquire about its availability. All of these services are available for Free.
PLACING A HOLD
After a yacht is found that is both available and of interest to you, we put a "Hold"(see below)** on the yacht. While the yacht is on "Hold" we get the charter details in place and send you the charter agreement. Upon contract execution and receipt of the required deposit, the selected charter yacht is guaranteed as reserved for your use.
PRE-BOARDING PLANNING
At Neptune, we continue helping you with all the details prior to embarkation. We can help you plan and select your airline flights to and from your destination. A "Preference Sheet" gets completed by you for your trip, as well as the required travel and passport information for the guests in your party. We strongly recommend to all of our guests to consider purchasing Travel Insurance. For more information regarding travel insurance click on the Insurance link in the menu above.
ARRIVING DESTINATION
The day of embarking, you and your party will meet the captain or their representative at a previously agreed location for transportation and transfer to your yacht. Upon completion of your charter vacation, you will disembark, taking along great memories from your trip.
**A "Hold" is only a way to let others know that there is serious interest in a particular yacht. "Hold"s last only 2 weeks. It is important to note that a "Hold" is not guaranteed and can and may be challenged by another party. If a "Hold" is challenged, the party with the "Hold" will have 48 hours to make a cash deposit into the yacht's clearinghouse escrow account. Any "Deposit" is equal to 50% of the charter value if less than 180 days from departure but not less than 45 days at which point 100% of the value must be paid. If a deposit is not made within the alloted time, the "Hold" expires and the party challenging the "Hold" can book the yacht.
